Volunteers are essential to the strength and capacity of our organization. We need YOUR involvement in order to remain the preeminent organization for girls. Volunteers who attended our Fall Kick-off events in August asked many specific questions about volunteering with Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways, Inc. The Impact of Girl Scouting
Research has consistently shown that girls who are or have been Girl Scouts have definite advantages over those who are not, and the longer a girl is in the program, the more likely she is to make healthy life choices. Many of today's women cite their Girl Scout experience as being an integral part of their success. You want the best for your daughter, and encouraging her to become, and remain a Girl Scout can be one of the best ways to support her!
Why is volunteering with the Girl Scouts worth my time and effort? There are many different roles one can play when volunteering with the Girl Scouts, however, they are all immensely rewarding.
