Girls working on their Bronze Award will submit paperwork to their troop/group volunteer for approval. Each girl must submit the Bronze Award Final Summary Form to council after completion of the award as well. The troop is responsible for purchasing a Bronze Award pin for each girl that earns the Bronze Award.

Money Earning Policy

Sometimes award projects require funds for materials and other aspects of the project beyond what is available in the troop treasury. There are specific restrictions and guidelines that troops must follow for raising funds. Please review and carefully follow the Money Earning Policy for Troops in the list below. The Money Earning Activity Request must be submitted in time to be approved at least three weeks before the activity takes place.
