March 10: Channel 12 Action News Endicott, NY—The Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways, Inc. held its annual Women of Distinction ceremony at The McKinley in Endicott Wednesday evening. Nancy Phillips, Robin Mead and Patricia Cummings were honored for their service.
