Initial Order (I/O) submitted in eBudde: Friday, February 21, 2014
Girls continue to take cookie orders!
Cookie deliveries: Week of Monday, March 10, 2014
Be sure to contact your SUCC for specific date and time.
Council sponsored booth sales start: Saturday, March 15, 2014
Troop ACH Payment (50% of I/O): Friday, March 28, 2014
Program ends: Sunday, April 6, 2014
Final Troop ACH Payment: Tuesday, April 15, 2014

2014 Cookie Program Parent Cookie Collection
For a parent/guardian cookie collection, please complete this form. Family Permission and Responsibility slip, receipts showing product received/returned, receipts for monies collected and/or any other relevant information are required for a parent collection. Do not pay for cookie collections from troop proceeds. Please remember, girls do not go into collection; parents/guardians do.

Older Girl Reward Opt Out Agreement
colorful dragonfly Girl Scout Cadette/Senior/Ambassador troops interested in earning an extra 5¢ per box (based on their final PGA) can opt out from receiving rewards! Be sure to have each girl and their parent/guardian sign this agreement and return to the Cicero Service Center no later than Friday, February 21 to qualify!

A Troop Cookie Manager's go-to guide for Cookie Program information!

Please note: we have a slight change to the information listed in the Cookie Book. Please cross out the information on page 7, 3rd paragraph (Any troop that increases . . .).
Section should read: Any troop that has a PGA of 160+ at the end of the program will either receive an additional $25 for their troop proceeds OR receive 10% off the Buffalo, Boston or Savannah program trip if their troop is attending. At the end of the program we will do a drawing and ONE lucky troop will receive one of these program trips for free.

eBudde
Log in to eBudde to add girls' names, track their sales, order cookies and rewards! For all returning volunteers, your password has been reset to 877Samoas!!. Volunteers new to eBudde, your SUCC will add you to the site. Once they do, eBudde will email you a temporary password to access the site!

Assigning Cookies to Girls!
For girls to receive the rewards they earned throughout the sale, TCM are required to assign cookies to girls in eBudde. Every single box in a troop’s inventory must be assigned to girls by the final TCM submit date of 4/8. This is how it is done:

  1. Click “Girl Orders” tab.
  2. Click on the name of the girl you are assigning cookies to.
  3. Click the blue “Add Trans” button.
  4. Fill in the correct column fields based on the type of sale (i.e. booth sale or TGOC/Troop Gift of Caring or Council GOC)
  5. Click the “OK” button.
  6. Click the “Save” button.
  7. Repeat for each girl as needed until the inventory in the difference row are zero!

Cookie Club Cookie Buzz Patch
A place for girls to ask friends and family to promise to purchase cookies. It's a great way for girls to reach their goals. Plus if a girl sends out fifteen or more emails, she can earn the Cookie Buzz patch!

Little Brownie Bakers
Our delicious cookies are baked by Little Brownie Bakers (LBB). Check out their website for pages upon pages of helpful and fun information for the cookie program! You can also find clip art, fun recipes to make with the cookies, sales tips, and much much more! Check it out! Their site is also tablet friendly!

Cookie Locator

Customers can search for cookies within their area, increasing sales at your booth sites! You can also download a free app! Learn more in your cookie book!

Booth Sale Cookie Calculator (Estimator)
Need help calculating the number of boxes/cases to bring to a booth sale? Check out our handy booth sale cookie calculator. Simply adjust the number of hours for your booth sale and it will calculate it for you. Keep in mind that it is just an estimator and some booth sites might, depending on date/time/location/weather/local events, require more cookies. Use this as a guide!

Is your troop in need of more cookies?!??! We can help! NYPENN is happy to offer 21 cookie cupboards throughout our council! Troops can place a cookie order through any of our 21 convenient locations! Check out the list of locations to determine which cupboard is convenient for you! Please note that each cupboard accepts orders in a different way. If a cupboard utilizes Pending orders, please watch our quick YouTube video to see HOW easy it is to place an order.

How to Request a Certificate of Insurance for Booth Sales
Many booth locations require a Certificate of Insurance to set up a booth site. If you have a location that requires one, please email Kuyana Tyson at least 1 week prior to the date of your sale. Kuyana needs the following information:
 Business name
 Contact person at business
 Complete business address (include city, state and zip)

The two links below offer additional information about Girl Scout cookies and what they are made of. It may be helpful to print and carry a copy of these two sheets as you solicit orders. And remember, if a potential customer is unable to eat our cookies for some reason, he or she can still support Girl Scouts and our military troops by purchasing cookies for our Council Gift of Caring.

Council Gift of Caring Program
2014 Gift of Caring patch Any girl that sells 15+ boxes for the Council Gift of Caring program will earn this year’s GOC patch. This patch is only earned by participating in the CGOC portion of the sale. All CGOC boxes will be donated to the Military Family Assistance Center.

Troops are still encouraged to participate in their own Gift of Caring program. Fun patches are available for purchase in our boutiques for Troop GOC participation!
