Girls continue to take orders!
National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend (NGSCW):
 Friday, February 27–Sunday, March 1, 2015

NGSCW will be here before we know it! Any TROOP that participates in a Walk-A-Bout during that weekend will receive a NGSCW patch for FREE!!! Troops must email GSNYPENN Cookies by March 6. Your message must include the following information in order to qualify:

  • Photo of troop during the event
  • SU name & number
  • 5 digit troop number
  • TCM/Troop leader’s name and the address to which the patches should be mailed
  • Details of your event
  • How many cookies were sold
  • Number of girls participating

5 Skills for Girls: My Cookie Business Worksheet
This is a fun worksheet that girls can complete as a troop or on their own during the cookie program. It will help a girl learn the 5 skills and how she can demonstrate them during the Cookie Program.

Troop/Group Activity Form (Required for Cookie Booths)
It is best to save the Troop/Group Activity  Application on your computer prior to filling out the form. In some cases if you fill it out on the website the saved document will be blank. If you save it to your computer you can enter the information and then re-save it. Once complete, please email/mail to your Community Development Manger for approval.

For a parent/guardian cookie collection, please complete this form. Family Permission and Responsibility slip, receipts showing product received/returned, receipts for monies collected and/or any other relevant information are required for a parent collection. Do not pay for cookie collections from troop proceeds. Please remember, girls do not go into collection; parents/guardians do.

Troop Cookie Manager Payment Policy Agreement
This form must be completed and returned to the Service Unit Cookie Coordinator before Saturday, February 7, 2015.

Older Girl Reward Opt Out Agreement
Girl Scout Cadette/Senior/Ambassador troops interested in earning an extra 5¢ per box (based on their final PGA) can opt out from receiving rewards! Be sure to have each girl and their parent/guardian sign this agreement and return to the Cicero Service Center no later than Friday, March 6, 2015 to qualify!

Digital Order Card
Girls can send emails to customers asking them to purchase cookies online! The DOC is another avenue for girls to participate in the cookie program, besides order taking, booth sales, walk abouts, etc. If you do not have access to the DOC, please email cookies@gsnypenn.org with your GS name and 5 digit troop number. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible!

2015 cookie activity pin
All girls who participate in the Girl Scout Cookie Program are eligible to earn the annual Cookie Activity Pin. The pin recognizes the "5 skills" learned and practiced during the sale.
