Girl Scout Juniors in grades 4 and 5 working on their Bronze Award will submit paperwork to their troop/group volunteer for approval. The troop/group leader must submit the Bronze Award Final Summary Form to council after completion of the award. When filling in the Summary Form, be sure to use all five digits of your troop number. The Leader's e-mail address is required as well. The troop is responsible for purchasing a Bronze Award pin for each girl that earns the Bronze Award. Note: April 1, 2016 is the deadline to submit final summary forms in order to be included in our award celebration in spring 2016. Summary forms submitted after this date will be included in our award celebration in spring 2017.

Money Earning Policy
Sometimes award projects require funds for materials and other aspects of the project beyond what is available in the troop treasury. There are specific restrictions and guidelines that troops must follow for raising funds. Please review and carefully follow the Money Earning Policy for Troops in the list below. The Money Earning Activity Request must be submitted in time to be approved at least three weeks before the activity takes place.
