The Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways Honoring our Heritage patch offers girls of all grade levels an opportunity to learn about the history of Girl Scouting in the USA and about the Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways. A Treasure Chest and Leader’s Notebook with resource materials is available for loan from each of our service centers and from the Norwich and Oneonta Community Development Managers. Here is a brief summary of the Heritage Patch requirements.
Each chest contains vintage uniforms, games, books, semaphore flags, photos, and other items that can be used in fulfilling some of the patch requirements. Other age-appropriate books, reference books and materials may be used as additional resources.
Reserve the Heritage Trunk for your troop or group via eBiz (direct links below). You will receive a loan agreement form to complete. Contact your CDM to arrange to pick up the trunk in your Region.
