Young Women of Distinction

The Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards are the highest honors a girl can receive in Girl Scouts. This year, girls who earned a Gold Award between March 2013 and February 2014 are being honored at council's Annual Meeting at Onondaga Community College on May 3.

Council is recognizing Juniors and Cadettes who earned Bronze and Silver awards at dessert receptions being held in their honor throughout our territory. Girls, their family, and friends are invited. Fee: $7 per personAwardees will be presented with their certificates of commendation and will have an opportunity to share their projects. A Gold Award recipient will also be there to share her experience earning the highest award a Girl Scout can achieve.
