Open to Girl Scouts in grades 4–12 and adults
Experience firsthand what it is like to dine based on affluence. Learn about the unequal distribution of food among the world's
population. On arrival, you will draw a colored ticket to determine your socioeconomic status for the evening. Your status
determines what you eat and where you sit for the evening. Guest speakers will share stories about and address the issues of hunger
and food distribution. This evening promises to have a great impact on all who attend.
Participant Fee: $8 girls; $8 per participating adult
Minimum # of participants: 34 girls; 3 adults
Maximum # of participants: 50 girls; 10 adults
