Open to Girl Scouts in grades K-12
Want to take a walk on the wild side of science? The Alfred University chapter of Sigma XI invites girls to come and explore the sciences on campus. You'll learn about the natural world and maybe even play with bugs. Brownies will earn their Bugs badge. Juniors will earn their Product Designer badge. Cadettes will earn their Trees badge. Seniors will earn their Science of Style badge and Ambassadors will earn their Water badge. The requirements for each badge will be fulfilled by various activities run by STEM related clubs from Alfred University.
Adults within ratio required. Troops must provide a first aider.

Supports all or part of the following badges:
 Brownie: Bugs Badge
 Junior: Product Designer Badge
 Cadette: Trees Badge
 Senior: Science of Style Badge
 Ambassador: Water Badge

Participant Fee: $6 per girlTell a Friend envelope icon
Minimum # of participants: 40 girls; 10 adults
Maximum # of participants: 120 girls; 30 adults
