Per most recent updates from the CDC and NYS Department of Health, we are revising interim council guidelines.
- Effective immediately, GSNYPENN will no longer require members
and/or families to wear face coverings
while participating in
Girl Scout group activities. When in public places, Girl Scouts
should follow the guidelines for that business and/or property.
Face coverings are still required to be worn indoors at all
times, except during meals and mask breaks. Please note that
guidelines may differ slightly for resident and troop camping on
our camp properties.

confirmation packet for details once you register for a camp session.)
- While this change in outdoors masking applies to
our members, it does not prevent an individual from voluntarily
wearing an acceptable face covering outdoors during Girl Scout
activities. No Girl Scout, volunteer or family member may be
prevented from wearing an acceptable face mask voluntarily.
