The First Aid/CPR Skills Session offered by Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways is part two of a blended learning course for First Aid with Adult and Child CPR and AED certification. Begin by choosing a session from one of the lists below.
Medic First Aid & CPR
The fee for a Medic First Aid blended learning course is $27. To register, choose from the sessions listed below, then go to our online registration site and register for your chosen session. You will receive registration confirmation that includes access information for the online portion of this training. Be sure to register for the skills session far enough in advance to allow yourself time to complete the online portion of the training. You must complete the online training before attending the two-hour skills session.

American Red Cross First Aid & CPR
The fee for an American Red Cross First Aid blended learning course is $27. To register, choose from the sessions listed below, then go to our online registration site and register for your chosen session. You will receive registration confirmation that includes a username and password that will allow you access to the online portion of the course for one year.
Next, take and complete the Red Cross online course. Upon completion of the course, you must print out the certificate of completion to bring to the skills session.
Bring the certificate of completion to the two-hour Skills Session. The certification for both the First Aid and CPR will last two years. The Red Cross has printable skills cards on the web and is currently implementing online tools to help participants maintain skills familiarity over the two-year-certification period. These are benefits available at no charge to the participant.
Eight-Hour First Aid and CPR Classes
American Red Cross Standard First Aid & CPR
American Red Cross Standard First Aid and CPR course is a live classroom course to attain certification in First Aid, Adult and Child CPR, and AED. The fee is $35. To register, choose from the sessions listed below, then go to our online registration site and register for your chosen session. Participants should plan to bring a beverage and bag meal to the class.

- The fee for the course is $27. Certification is for two years.
- Full, live courses can be scheduled by an instructor and posted on the web, too.
- Both Full courses and Blended Learning courses are available on request. Depending on the number of participants, specific sessions may or may not be posted on the website. Full Live courses can be scheduled with an instructor, by request, for $35 per participant, five person minimum.
