Description: Dive into the exciting world of civil engineering in this hands-on, two-hour workshop! Participants will learn how engineers design bridges to withstand various loads and conditions. The students will team up to design and build their own model bridge! Using everyday materials, they’ll apply their own creativity and newly learned skills to construct a structure that can support weight. At the end of the workshop, the bridges will be tested to see how much they can hold—and crown the most innovative designs.

Fee: $10 per person

Deadline: Register by Monday, April 14 at Noon

Age Range: 11 years old - 16 years old
