MACNY Future Women in STEM: Using Food Science to Make Dairy Products with Byrne

Ever wonder how milk products are made? Byrne’s research & development team will do a hands-on activity about the development process. This includes the source of the idea, research, experiment design and analysis, scaling up, launch, customer feedback, and product manufacturing process improvement.

Explore careers in engineering, manufacturing, and science with amazing local women that work in these industries!

This free series for girls in 6th-8th grades brings female professionals from local companies to lead students in a fun, hands-on activity together to spark interest in high-tech careers.

Program includes FREE admission to the MOST (student and their family) and light snacks.

All programs are the 2nd Saturday of the month (October through May), 10:00–11:00am at the MOST. (500 S. Franklin St. Syracuse NY 13202)
