On this journey, get down to the roots of their food network to see how complex and how global food and land issues can be. You'll have a chance to explore what makes a meal truly happy. This Journey will have you thinking about where food comes from, how it's grown, processed, distributed, even how it's wasted, and finally, how your community, country, and planet are affected by these decisions. In turn, the Girl Scouts take action to make a difference to better food networks' for all people.
Girl Scouts will receive a link to the Take Action Google Slides at the end of the event to help them with the planning and completion of their take action project for this journey.
Ambassador Girl Scouts are welcome to attend this event to fulfill their prerequisite for their Gold Award.
