Join us for a fun, interactive Brownie & Junior First Aid Badge Day where Scouts will complete the requirements for their First Aid Badge while learning practical skills they can use at home, at school, and on Girl Scout adventures!
Scouts will rotate through hands-on stations led by healthcare professionals and affiliated volunteers. Throughout the day, they will learn and practice essential first-aid skills, including recognizing when someone needs help, knowing when and how to call 911, basic first aid, and hands-only CPR.
Scouts will also learn about common indoor and outdoor injuries and appropriate first-aid treatments through demonstrations, discussion, and hands-on activities. To complete their experience, each Scout will create their own first aid kit to take home.
By participating in all of the stations and activities, Scouts will fulfill the requirements for their Brownie or Junior First Aid Badge while gaining valuable knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to help themselves and others in an emergency.
