Honoring Courage, Creativity, and Community Impact
You're invited to join us in celebrating the bold, bright future of Girl Scouting.
At this special luncheon, we will recognize the GSNYPENN Girl Scout Class of 2026- members who have earned the Girl Scout Gold Award, the highest honor in Girl Scouting. These inspiring leaders have tackled real-world issues with courage, confidence and commitment, creating lasting change in their communities and beyond.
What to Expect:
Meet the Changemakers
12:00-12:30 p.m.
Start the afternoon by connecting one-on-one with this year's Gold Award recipients. Hear their stories, explore their projects, and see firsthand the impact of girl-led leadership.
Celebration & Ceremony
12:30 p.m.
Enjoy a seated lunch and an inspiring recognition program as we celebrate the achievements of our Gold Award Girl Scouts and honor a special group of "Change Makers" - those who have earned all three of Girl Scouting's highest awards: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Keynote Address: Shawnee Robert
We're thrilled to welcome keynote speaker Shawnee Robert, a leader at Baxter's Skaneateles Falls facility and a passionate advocate for women in leadership. As a member of the Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways Board of Directors, she is excited to celebrate our 2026 Gold Award Girl Scouts.
