Get ready for an epic underground adventure! This weekend combo event is packed with fun as you earn not one, but two awesome badges. The Geocacher badge program is a blast, teaching you how to use a GPS unit to find coordinates. You'll learn cool geo-slang, track a Travel Bug, make fun trade items, and go on an exciting scout-themed geocaching hunt. But that's not all! In the Animal Habitats badge program, you'll dive into why animals live where they do and how we can protect their homes. Chat about amazing cave critters and habitats, create a fantastic poster about endangered species, and build a bat house to help our nocturnal friends. (one per troop) Plus, you'll enjoy a fantastic presentation on cave conservation, cave animals, and cavern formation. The highlight of your trip? Touring, not one, but TWO stunning crystal caverns! Along the way, participate in fun workshops to complete your badge and patch requirements. Enjoy slumber party-style accommodations, an evening snack, and a delicious pizza lunch. Want even more excitement? Add the Junior Cave Explorer Patch! You'll get to learn all about caving basics, safety, and cave animals. Don't miss out on this unforgettable adventure!
