In preparation for Girl Scouts of the USA's 58th National Council Session (NCS) in July 2026, GSNYPENN members are invited to learn about the policy proposals and discussion topics on the agenda and share their perspectives.
Your feedback will inform the 10 NYPENN delegates and alternates traveling to the NCS this summer to represent our council as Girl Scouts from across the nation and Girl Scouts Overseas meet to discuss, debate, and vote on issues important to the Girl Scout Movement and elect national leaders for the next triennium.
