Would you like to be able to find your way in the woods with a map and compass when your GPS can't show you where to go? We'll show you how! Members of the Central New York Orienteering club will lead guided map hikes, then for more fun you can try a second map hike on your own.
Each troop will start at a different time; choose your start time between 8:30 and 1:30 when you register. Hikes also offered on other dates, Oct 31-Nov 14, by request. $7 per Scout. Older groups are invited to camp overnight and participate in a competition on Sunday morning. To register, email Stacy Pendell at sjp16@cornell.edu.
For more information please contact Stacy Pendell, sjp16@cornell.edu or (315) 729-2894.
