All members are invited to attend our annual meeting on May 4, 2024 at Camp Hoover in Tully, NY. Everyone is welcome!
Come early to enjoy breakfast, mix and mingle. Our pop-up retail store and History & Archives display will be open and available all day.
Our morning sessions include a Q&A with our Board of Directors and staff, a walking tour of Camp Hoover, a boat tour to the island (sign up required), a fun activity led by our Girl Advisory Board (GAB) members, and a special opportunity to learn axe throwing at the archery range.
Stay for the afternoon business meeting (delegates required to attend) to hear council updates and a report from GAB.
Attendees will also be the first to learn how to apply to be a 2026-2028 National Delegate!
Registration is $25. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Optional overnight accommodations are available Friday evening at Camp Hoover for an additional $10 per person.* Overnight attendees are asked to bring their own bedding, shower items and meals.
*Please note overnight options at the camp are without heat and air conditioning. If you need special mobility, medication refrigeration, or other accommodations, please email Executive Assistant Kim O’Brien at kobrien@gsnypenn.org after completing registration.
Dress code is camp attire—wear your favorite GSNYPENN camp shirt or something Girl Scout-branded. Dress comfortably with closed-toe shoes as we will be venturing outside on the property.
