My name is Ana, I have been a Girl Scout since I was in kindergarten. My first encampment was when I was in second grade at Camp Comstock in Ithaca, N.Y.
I had a lot of fun there; I went swimming and boating! I also got to work on my hatchet-throwing skills. At night, I got to stay in cabins with bunk beds with my Girl Scout friends which was really cool! It’s always fun getting to know other Girl Scouts.
My encampment experience was amazing, and I am excited to go to the next one! Have you experienced one before? If not, you totally should, you will create new bonds, work on different skills and have memories that will last a lifetime.
