- December 16 - Cookie program overview (virtual)
- After December 28 - Cookie materials arrive to Service Unit Cookie Coordinators (SUCC)
- January 7 - SUCC training (virtual)
- January 14-22 - Troop training (in-person)
- January 18 - Early booth selections open
- January 25 - Troop training (virtual)
- January 27 - Council booth selections begin
- February 2 - Booth selections open for all
- February 4 - Emails sent to Girl Scouts to set up online stores via Digital Cookie
- February 5 - Troop orders & reward opt-outs due
- February 6 - Program begins, Digital Cookie opens for online purchases
- February 21-22 - National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend 2026
- February 22 - cookieWOW! 2026 @ Corning Museum of Glass (Corning, N.Y.)
- February 23-27 - Delivery week (troop leader will advise where/when to pick up), Girl Scouts may begin selling cookies in-hand, Cookie Cupboards open
- February 27 - GSNYPENN-sponsored booth sales begin, locate one nearby using Cookie Finder
- March 18 - 50% initial order ACH
- April 8 - 50% total ACH
- April 12 - Girl Scout delivery option in Digital Cookie ends, booth sales conclude
- April 14 - Digital Cookie closes, program ends
- April 15 - Troops submit rewards
- April 16 - SUs submit rewards
- April 22 - Final ACH, last day for caregiver collections
- End of May - Rewards arrive, celebrate with your troop
