In addition to this website, your Service Unit Fall Product Manager (FPM) is a troop’s go-to person when you need help with TRM. They tell you when the product arrives in your area, and can help guide you throughout the program. Be sure to stay connected and communicate any questions or concerns to them. Don’t know who your FPM is? Email info@gsnypenn.org.
M2OS is the online ordering system for TRM and is used by troops and individual Girl Scouts. As a troop volunteer, you’ll receive an email with access to the site starting on or around COMING SOON FOR 2025. Girl Scouts should receive their welcome email on or before October 1.
Can't find your welcome email? Visit M2OS, enter your email address and click “Forgot Your Password.” If you still can’t access the system, email info@gsnypenn.org and a council staff member will get back to you.
